How do I signup?
Looking to purchase a monthly replenishment for yourself? We currently offer monthly replenishments on all of our products. Refer to the following for our subscription details:
- Subscription options: Would products will be automatically delivered on your schedule (1-month, 2-month and 3-month options available)
- Additional details: 2-charge(s) commitment
- Cost: 10% discount per product (shipping not included)
How does a subscription work?
Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis. Your initial sign up is your first month's payment. Your first product ships immediately. Your second product ships on the schedule you selected at checkout. You will be able to opt out after the 2nd subscription charge.
All recurring charges take place on your set delivery schedule. If you cancel before that date, you will not be billed for another product. If you cancel on or after that date, it will be your last months product.
Here is an example:
- Dave purchased a month-to-month shampoo replenishment subscription on June 15th. His first bottle of shampoo ships within 1-3 business days. His next bottle will ship on July 15th. He's committing to receive a bottle of shampoo in July only. The subscription auto-renews each month until canceled and he would not be able to opt out until after July 15th.
Shipping generally takes 3-8 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email when your product is on the way to you.
Can I combine subscriptions?
Yes. As long as your subscription products are purchased at the same time and with the same delivery schedule you will only incur one shipping charge when the subscription order is created.
When will I receive my first replenishment?
If you start your subscription after the 1st of the new month you will only receive a product that month. Here are some examples:
- Dave purchased a 2-month delivery schedule subscription on August 29th. His first shampoo ships immediately and second shampoo would not ship until Oct 29th.
- Kevins 1-month delivery schedule subscription was purchased on September 2nd. His first body wash ships immediately. His next body wash order will not be until October 2nd.
How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?
If you would like to update your shipping address, you can do so through your Account dashboard in the Subscription Profile. You can access your account by clicking here. If you do not have an account, simply register for a new account under the same email you used at time of subscription or click here to be sent a one time link to access your subscription.
Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:
- From your "My Account" dashboard click "Manage Subscriptions"
- From Shipping tap “edit address” next to your address.
- Enter your new Subscription Shipping Address information.
- Make sure you hit save after making the changes.
Please note: Any address changes or orders made after the your subscription order is created apply to the following month’s shipment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You you are free to self-service cancel anytime after the first replenishment has shipped. If you do choose to cancel, you may do so in your Account Dashboard. You can access your account by clicking here. If you do not have an account, simply register for a new account under the same email you used at time of subscription or click here to be sent a one time link to access your subscription.
Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:
- From your "My Account" dashboard click "Manage Subscriptions"
- From “Subscriptions” tap “Cancel” under Actions.
