However, we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, we have a 30-day money back guarantee for any unopened or lightly used products purchased on GetWould.com

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return for any number of eligible items within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the unused original condition or lightly used (shipping and handling not included). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Returns Process

To initiate your refund request, please contact us via email at: help@getwould.com. In your email, be sure to include:

  1. Order number
  2. The product(s) you wish to return
  3. A brief summary of your reason for return
  4. If you wish to return this product for a full refund or to obtain store credit

If your return is accepted, we will send a pre-paid shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✓ The cost of return shipping is $5.00 for any number of items and will be deducted automatically from your refund. No refunds on shipping fees.

 Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or issue store credit to your email on file. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 We reserve the right to limit returns, and to track returns initiated from the same customers or shipping addresses. If we believe that a customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, we reserve the right to deny returns to any customer.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Damaged or Missing Items

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo showing the the damaged area of the item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase.
